What makes your blankets better than other places?
1. Quality of our fabrics: We use Shannon Fabrics which is known as the softest fabric out there. Just the fabric alone would cost you $30 retail. The fabric is still machine washable and made to last.
2. How we make them: Every one of our blankets is handmade by a parent or grandparent in the USA. Many other companies resell blankets manufactured in China, or have them bulk made in a factory.
3. Our packaging: Every one of our products comes in a nice display box, wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon. We include a card with instructions for taking care of your blanket, and a handwritten note from the quilter who made the blanket.
Are they machine washable? How to I take care of it?
Machine wash in cold water.
For best results, wash alone.
Use normal liquid detergent .
Should not use pods.
NO fabric softener
Tumble dry on AIR setting or hang dry

How quickly do items ship out?
Most items ship within one business day.
Embroidered items ship in 3 business days.

How are items packaged?

What shipping methods do you offer?
Our standard free shipping uses UPS Ground shipping which usually arrives within 3 business day. Other shipping options like USPS Express, UPS Two Day, UPS Next Day.

We are so sure you will love your Sew Loved blanket that we fully guarantee it.
We know the quality of it because we made it with our own hands, from cutting the fabric, to sewing it, to tying the ribbon around it.
You may return your non-personalized purchase if you are unhappy for any reason. We will even pay for the return postage.For items personalized with embroidery, we will replace/refund for any quality issues such as product problems or misspelling for no charge and paid shipping.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition.
