We know the quality of it because we made it with our own hands, from cutting the fabric, to sewing it, to tying the ribbon around it.

• You may return your non-personalized purchase if you are unhappy for any reason. We will even pay for the return postage.
• For items personalized with embroidery, we will replace/refund for any quality issues such as product problems or misspelling for no charge and paid shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
